1. Legal Affairs: Draft, review, and advise on various contracts, partnership agreements, terms of service, and company policies. Ensure all business activities comply with current laws and regulations (corporate law, labor law, e-commerce, data protection, IP, etc.). Provide legal support for investment projects, business partnerships, and new business models. Liaise with government agencies for licensing, legal procedures, inspections, or compliance matters. Assist in dispute resolution, complaints handling, and internal legal crisis management. 2. Business Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, review, and standardize internal processes: sales, customer service, recruitment, partner onboarding, etc. Analyze existing operations and propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate legal risks. Support the design and implementation of operational systems for digital platforms or new services. Develop documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal policies, forms, and process checklists. 3. Strategic Legal Advisory & Cross-functional Support: Act as a bridge between the Legal Department and other teams such as Operations, HR, Product, and Marketing. Provide strategic legal insight to guide business decisions and ensure sustainable compliance. Participate in high-level meetings and provide legal perspectives in planning and execution.
