Prior to this, I spent nearly two years working as an in-house legal counsel, where I developed a strong foundation in corporate legal matters. I specialize in handling licensing procedures, with proven experience in preparing and organizing legal documentation, advising clients on regulatory requirements, and addressing legal issues that may arise during the licensing process. I also have extensive experience in working with government authorities to facilitate smooth and timely approvals. In addition, I possess solid expertise in intellectual property contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing agreements, assignment agreements, and collaboration contracts involving trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
